Wembdon Parklands wildlife photography competition
Wembdon Parish Council invites children and adults who live in Wembdon to take part in our Explore Nature Contest.
Capture the beauty and biodiversity of our wonderful park with your images. Your photographs will be displayed in the Village Hall on Wembdon Village Day on Monday 25th August 2025.
Competition starts on 1st July 2025.
Entries to be received by 16th August 2025.
Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please be careful not to disturb creatures in their habitats and capture
images of natural movements only.
Enter your best photograph of animals, birds, insects, plant life, flowers, leaves or a favourite view. The only rule is that the photograph must be taken within the Parklands area.
1st and 2nd prizes will be given for each age category,
5-7, 8-11, 12-14, 15-17 and Adults.
