Road closures which may affect Wembdon residents

Somerset Council will be closing Enmore Road and Spaxton Road for resurfacing, from their junction with Durleigh Road. The dates that they have announced are:

Enmore Road: 2 April 07:30 to 6 April 19:00 and 22 April 07:00 to 26 April 1900.

Spaxton Road: 14 April 09:30 to 15:30 and 22 April 07:00 to 26 April 1900.

They have also announced the closure of the section of Skimmerton Lane between the A39 and Spaxton Road, with effect from 6 May 07:00 to 9 May 19:00, also for resurfacing.

It is not clear whether the roads will be opened overnight during the closure periods. In each case, an alternative route will be signposted.
